Methodology


	Crystal System employs its own methodology that ensures quality control over the lifecycle of a project. Our methodology is based on a mental background that comes from using classical methodologies like RUP or SSADM. Human Matters


	Human resources are the most important asset of Crystal System. We invest in the training and improvement of our human resources. As part of our human resources strategy we have established a partnership with the largest Romanian university, ASE Bucharest. Time efficient


	We believe that problems should be addressed directly and quickly with the right professionals and in the right moment.
