People are our most valuable asset. We invest strongy in a partnership with the Computer Science Department of Romania's largest university ASE Bucharest.

As a consequence of this partnership Crystal System has established a training centre inside the university where students have the chance to study the technologies used by Crystal System.

Training activities

Such a policy allows Crystal System to have prime access to the best human resources available among the young generation. We are aware of the fact that in IT people are the ones who make the difference and we are conducting our human resources strategy according to this principle.

Crystal System is also involved in other high level educational activities as we attend the conferences organised by the university and we also sponsor the SIMPRE master's program which is Romania's most important ERP related master's program.
